Well, actually Percy did not kiss Annabeth. Annabeth kissed Percy. She fell in love with him. In the 4th book: The battle of the Labyrinth, she kissed Percy because she knows Percy was going to die because of the prophecy. It said about a loved one. In the 5th book: The Last Olympian, probably Annabeth couldn't take it no more. She couldn't help hiding her love so she kisses Percy. Its so romantic!

Yes. Rachel goes on vacation with her mother and father and invites Percy. But he has to be ready to defeat Kronos. She draws Greek letters on the beach in one of Percy's dreams, and she writes the name Perseus. Later in the book, Rachel becomes the Oracle. She also goes to a finishing school, in exchange to return to New York City to help Percy. Loves, Karrmy :D
