nel is 5 or 6 because when she changed into espada form she had a flashback of when another espada nearly killed her and said, she is transforming into a small child! her servants then had to protect her and said she looked about 5 or 6. she lost her powers when she fainted after having her mask cracked but regained them years later to protect ichigo.
