In order to open the Regis caves in Pokemon Emerald you first have to go to route 134 and dive into the cave. When you are in there use dig. The first Regi cave is located in the desert.

the thre regis ant in the caves becoues you need the toys r us code and regigigas will apear at levl 100 at the bottem of snopoit tempel and once you have him go to the caves and there will be 5 red buttens glowing and step on them all you will face of with one of the regis and they come at levl 30 and at the aother locasens do the same things
