A long time - Feebas only appears on 4 of the tiles, and whats worse, the locations change randomly every day. (BTW, Feebas is in Mt. Coronet, the section where you go to a lower level and have to use defog. Theres a large section of water on the right - those are the 'tiles') In other words... use the GTS -.- Off-topic but if you happen to have Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, you're better off trying to catch Feebas there, because the location doesn't change everyday (talking to that trendy phrase guy changes its location)

If you don't want the feebas that you caught, fish on that tile again. Hints for a MILOTIC: Your feebas should ONLY have the MODEST,MILD, RASH and QUIET natures because this natures is the only one who favors BLUE POKEBLOCK. Blue blocks raise a Pokemon's beauty which is the one that you need to evolve feebas. Maximize its beauty and when it is full, level up or give rare candy to your feebas so that it will become a MILOTIC. Hints for Blue Pokeblock: Use POMTRE Berry(can be found on the Berry Master House). The higher the level and the lower the feel, the best beauty you can get. Well, I got my Feebas in about 2 hours because you never know which tiles the Feebas usually hang out on (they changes everyday). I searched in the lake closest to the long grass. I CHECKED THE WHOLE DANG LAKE AND ONLY FOUND 1 FEEBAS! To catch Feebas you have to be a patient person because it takes a REALLY LONG TIME TO FIND. I ended up catching a Lv. 27 female Feebas. I fished with a GOOD ROD! In case you don't have one you get the good rod by Mauville city. Once you get surf you can cross the lake and talk to the fisherman on the other side. Back to the 'Feebas catching'. I fish with a super rod on almost half the lake and then I tried the good rod. I hope you get as lucky as I did and catch a really strong Feebas! P.S. To evolve Feebas just raise it's Beauty as much as you can!
