While I don't have 1973 total, in a letter I received from Jensen Healey in England in response to a similar question I ask after purchasing my 1st 1974 Jensen Healey in 1979 a total of 10,453 Jensen Healeys were built of which 7,709 were exported to the USA. In 1974 3,836 Jensens were exported to the USA. Hope this helps.
