There are a few.

The first print is the Asian-English set from the GBA game Worldwide Edition. Their card code is GB1, they have English text, but with a bit of Japanese at the bottom, which says the card cannot be used in a duel. There are two versions of these cards, the earliest has silver text and a 'square' effect to the foiling, while the commoner, later version is in typical Ultra Rare form with gold text.

The genuine 'English' prints of the cards (No Japanese text at all) are split into three sources. Obelisk was released as JMP-004, a subscriber reward card for Shonen Jump magazine. Slifer was released as YMA-001, in the Yu-Gi-Oh movie animanga. Lastly, Ra was released as DOD-001 in the American version of the XBox game Dawn of Destiny.

Lastly, there is a run of actual game-legal versions of the God cards, released in V-Jump/Shonen Jump. Obelisk has already been released in the Japanese OCG and the western TCG forms. Ra has been announced for OCG, the TCG version should come later, and presumably Slifer will follow for both systems sometime after.

Are god cards eligible in a Yu-Gi-Oh competition?

There are two game-legal prints of the God cards, both Shonen Jump releases, Obelisk and Ra. These cards are tournament legal, and unrestricted, you may have three of each in your deck. As for the other prints (LC1, GBI, DOD/JMP/YMA), these Egyptian God cards are classed as 'Illegal' not forbidden. This states that they are definitely not permitted in tournaments and if you use one (dependng on the tournament hosts) you could be disqualified from the event for having an 'illegal' card. Egyptian God cards are mainly collectibles to show off to your friends. You can use the god cards in private duels at home or school but not in domestic official competitions.

Are the God cards from the new Legendary Collection pack authentic?

They are authentic konami prints of the God cards, but just so you're sure, these ones still are not game-legal versions. However they are as authentic as any other promo card sanctioned by Konami.

Are the God Cards band from the tournaments?

Rather than being 'banned' (which implies one-time legality), the original God Cards are just not legal game cards in the first place. They have the wrong back, and no rules or text. They are not all legal game cards. Obelisk and Ra now have legal effect monster prints, Slifer's should follow.

Do all Yu-Gi-Oh god cards say they can not be used in a duel?

There has been a recent print of Obelisk the Tormentor and Winged Dragon of Ra, as game-legal cards, these were given away by Shonen Jump. But apart from that, all other prints of the God cards (GBI, LC01 and the DOD/YMA/JMP set) have had "This card cannot be used in a duel" on them, either in English or Japanese.
