Well, actually it's really difficult to have a body like Bruce Lee's. Why? First, he has a lot of dietary plan's since the beginning, as you see his muscles were really different from those people who does lots of workout. Second, he has dedicated his life expanding his knowledge in martial arts and though he was lean when not in a "concentration", he has a very steel-like ones and that makes him a fast-mover. He only eat what was good for his body. But, if you really wanted to have a body like him, engage into some hard training on yourself, and you would attain the body that you wanted to have.
