You use the Soothe Bell, give it Vitamins (Calcium, Iron) and Zinc. You can give it lots of Poffins and massages. Win battles and have it first in your party. To get it levelled up enough to do this use the Exp. Share. Walk around with it. When you have done this for a while visit Dr. Footstep and if it achieves the Footstep Ribbon, it's pretty sure to evolve soon. If you don't want to use it in battles, give it lots of Rare Candy.

A bonsly evolves at level 17 also whens it learns mimic, but you have to teach it mimic before it evolves You can catch a bonsly at the trophy garden also known as the Pokemon manshion on route 212.
