You have to be atleast 16 to become a model for Jack Wills, but if you just want to work at Jack Wills I don't think there is an age limit.

On the FAQ on the Jack Wills website it says:

Q: How do I work for Jack Wills?

A: For a job in store, send your cv in to the store manager at the store you wish to work. You can email the store manager direct at storename@jackwills.com. For example, if you wish to work in the Bristol store, email your cv to bristol@jackwills.com. We advertise on the jobs section of jackwills.com when there are specific positions available, but there is often temporary work in our warehouse and our Mail order Department, so if you're keen, send us a speculative email.
