1.) Get a Pokemon from a different country (such as a Japanese Drifloon).
2.) Put this Pokemon in the daycare along with a Pokemon of the same kind from your game.
3.) When your egg hatches, there will be a 1 in 2048 chance that the Pokemon hatched will be shiny, which is about 75% lower than the usual 1 in 8192!
Hope this helped!
you got to the GTS and you get a japanise DITTO.and then you go to route 3 and go in the daycare put your japanise DITTO in the daycare with the pokemon you want shiny and then breed them there is a 2568 chance geting a shiny out of masuda method and there is a 8965 chance of running in to a shiny pokemon in the grass. hope this helped.
Yes, you can get a shiny by breeding two normal pokemon. If you are using two pokemon that you from the same reigon (such as two pokemon you caught yourself), the chances of hatching a shiny pokemon are 1 in 8192. However, when breeding, the Masuda Method can be used to improve your chances of hatching a shiny pokemon. To use the Masuda Method, breed two pokemon from different reigions (for example, one pokemon you caught and a pokemon you obtained from a trade from somewhere else in the world over the GTS). The chance of hatching a shiny pokemon while using the Masuda Method is 1 in 2048.
masuda method: which is to trade for an out of country Pokemon you want, and to breed it. (use the global trading station) this will lower the 1 out of 8,029 chance while breeding to a mere 2,400ish.
there is no more masterballs in Pokemon platinum but not if you use cheats
misdreavus does not appear in Pokemon platinum but you can trade from Pokemon pearl or use the pal park use the gba Pokemon games to get it. (But you must get the national pokedex to use the pal park.)

You can run in grass many times, but the chance is very small that you'll get one. Can also use the masuda method. (;

The easiest way is to use codes
it is actually called the masuda method and you do it by putting two pokemon from different language games that are different genders (example: a female japanese pikachu and a male american pikachu) in the day care together and it makes the egg more likely to be shiny.
