How well did Walt Disney do in school?

I'm guessing he was pretty good because he made characters and now his creations still go on today. He is very intelligent and had always had a passion for what he did and what is still remembered today.

He was the cartoonist for the school newspaper and most of his Cartoons were very patriotic based off of WWI. I am not sure of how well he did in school but I know for a fact that he dropped out of school at the age of 16 to join the army but the army rejected him. After that he joined the Red Cross and was sent to France.
