you can't find them wild you need to evolve a female burmy to get wormadam and a male burmy to get a mothim
Easy, just make sure the Burmy is Female and train it. Same with Mothim exept the Gender is different.
The Pokemon after Burmy is Wormadam or if its a male it will evolved into Mothim.

You need to be able to use Rock Climb and Headbutt to get Burmy. Just north of Olivine, near the farm where you get MooMoo Milk is a climbable wall. CLimb up in and go straight. The tree that's at the end has Burmy. Just headbutt away.
