How you recruit other Pokemon to your team in Pokemon red rescue team?

In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon red and blue after you stop the meteor and save the world, if you talk to lombre, he will say something about being sucked into a whirlpool that leads to a dungeon. Then if you talk to Wishcast he will give you the HM dive, teach it to a water Pokemon, and add it to your team, or have the HM in you inventory and go to the dungeon lombre says. Then once you complete it then you will face Kyogre. Defeat him and he will ask to join your team, don't worry about the friend area because Kyogre will give you the special friend area. Beat the game, and play after story mode. Straight out of an online guide: I d not own it.

Stormy Sea:

This dungeon is fairly easy to unlock, all you need to do is first talk

to Medicham and Lombre in the Town Square, then after go up to Whiscash

Pond and talk to Wishcash himself, he should award you with the HM Dive

which unlocks this dungeon.

40 Floors of water Pokemon and you must have the HM dive in your toolbox

or have a water Pokemon who you taught dive to with you to enter. Your

reward for braving this 40 level dungeon is a battle with Kyogre at the

bottom, he has approximately a 50% chance to join your team and will come

with his own friend area, so your hard work is well worth it.

For Recruiting purposes: Kyogre is lvl 25 when recruited. (Yes you can get Kyogre on the first try)

If you really want kyogre read this

1.if you go to the square and talk to lombre

2.lombre will say go to wiscash and talk to wiscash he will give you the move dive

3.learn it or take it to the dungeon stormy sea then you will sea kyogre at 40 floor then beat kyogre

4.then go there again with only 1 pokemon like pikachu or balbasaur or ckikorita or treecko then battle kyogre when you beat him or her he will join you.

tips-bring 1 pokemon only cause kyogre is 4 star size I recruit kyogre level 25 but strong.you can recruit kyogre in 50% thats why you battle him again

You need to receive a mission from the exploration team federation to try to get the aqua monica, where kyogre will be waiting for you on the 50th floor of the bottomless sea. once you defeat him, he will drop the aqua monica and may ask to join your team. Make sure to bring electric Pokemon with you, and bring reviver seeds because it's a really long journey ahead.
