Hulk would beat Captain Marvel in a fight because he defeated Beta Ray Bill, Thor, and even Sentry and all of those super heroes have greater power than Captain Marvel.

Thor vs Cap Marvel = Thor wins

Sentry vs Cap marvel = Sentry wins

I think Beta Ray Bill and Captain Marvel would be a good fight but I am pretty sure Beta Ray wins.

Juggernaut would win.

Juggernaut is invincible and even survived and atomic bomb. There is not much Cap could do to him that would beat him.

However Juggernaut has been in fights were he lost. For example when he fought the Hulk. Hulk teared his helmet off and punched him in the face. If Captain Marvel could manage to do that then he would win but that is easier said then done and I really don't think he is strong enough to combat against this monster

Hulk saw Captain Marvel fight Thor. Hulk threw a rock while he was in the air. It aimed at Captain Marvel and he fell off of the air. Hulk punched him 5 times and Captain Marvel punched him 2 times. Hulk got angry. Hulk threw a bench at Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel thought of some way to pin down Hulk but what he did wasn't working. Hulk threw Captain Marvel at a zoo and beat him up there. Hulk was angry enough to kill Captain Marvel. "Sha..." Captain Marvel stammered. Hulk already killed Captain Marvel from saying Shazam. He ripped Captain Marvel's heart out. Hulk finally won. Hulk wins all the way.
