I Have a Pichu at level 30 and he still hasn't evolved yet. I have given him berries and carbos proteins etc any suggestions on how to get him to evolve?

using a thunderstone on pikachu is the only way to get raichu making a pichu happy and leveling it up evolves it to pikachu.
