First you need the AR code that is called Pokemon modifier. After you have that code you look up what number Pokemon Celebi is in the national pokedex. Celebi's number is 251 so after you have the code in the AR you will get 493 master balls then you toss however many masterballs it takes to get 251 masterballs. Then you go into any patch of grass while holding L+R or R or L. Its one of those but im not sure which one it is. After you caught Celebi you can press L+R again to get 493 more masterballs. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU ARE USING THAT CODE IT MIGHT NOT WORK ON THE FIRST TRY.Tis cheat is wrong do not listen to it
