I trained my haunter to level 100 and it still not evolving to a Gengar?

u have to trade it for it evolve. if u want it back go into gts offer it in a trade and say u want a Pokemon that's imposable to ge (like lvl9 under palkia) then finish the offer. then make a trade then take ur Pokemon out the trade. hop it helped.
