I was wondering in digimon frontier there are the ten legendary worriers well if there was an 11th which digimon would be the worrier of nature be and what's its beast form?

There is no possibility of ever existing an eleventh warrior. The Spirits used in Frontier were made from the data of a group composed of ten ancient Digimon that died defeating Lucemon for the first time. Since no eleventh warrior took part in this battle, such a thing wouldn't fit in the legend at all.
Finding an element not covered by the group would be difficult as well. Some of the members assimilate other "elements" other than their main in their several forms, like the warrior of earth who already uses lava in his original form or the warrior of steel who is glass-themed.
Maybe a time user or a gravity manipulator would be best available options to avoid verging too much into the scientific realm for explanations or using a super specific subsets or combinations of already represented elements, but in the end any warrior would sincerely be a stretch to the origin story.
