Black Whirlwind uses the summoned Blackwing monster's ATK as a reference when resolving its effect. One point to this is that if you increase the ATK of that monster, by an activated or continuous effect, it means Black Whirlwind can potentially search for the same Blackwing, or a stronger one.
However on the other hand, if the Blackwing monster has left the field before Black Whirlwind's trigger resolves, then it has lost this point of reference, it no longer has an ATK value for its search effect, and cannot search for anything.
So, the Blackwing is summoned, triggering Black Whirlwind. Trap Hole is chained to this. Trap Hole resolves first, destroying the Blackwing monster. Black Whirlwind's trigger resolves without effect.
I found this strategy myself and i think it's a good one. The cards you need are: 1. Blackwing bora the spear: If you control a "Blackwing" monster other than "Blackwing - Bora the Spear", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If you control a blackwing other than blackwing bora the spear you can special summon this card from your hand. During battle between this attacking card and a def position monster who's def is lower than the attk of this card, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponent. Blackwing sirocco the dawn: If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters you can normal summon or set this card without tributing. Once per turn you can select one face up blackwing you control. It gains attk equal to the total attk of all face up blackwing monsters on the field except itself. monsters other than the selected monster cannot attk this turn. let you opponent go first. If they summon a monster it's your chance. if they do summon one When its your turn summon blackwing sirocco the dawn without tributing. Then you can summon blackwing bora the spear and use sirocco the dawns effect on it. it should have 3700 attk now. atk their monster and the lose loads of life points then they will get scared of you and you birds. Lay down a trap card that destroys a monster when it's summoned and end your turn.
It will last until the affected monster leaves the field or is flipped face-down, it does not wear off at the end of the turn. Destroying Gale will not remove the effect either.
Yes you can ask them and to be sure you can also ask to read it yourself.
The minute Ojama Knight is fusion summoned onto the field, it activates and you must select up to 2 monster zones. If your opponent has all 5 monster zone taken up, you cannot select any of these monster zones. If 2 of their monsters get taken out of the field after the Ojama Knight has been summoned and already activate it's effect, your opponent can still summon another 2 monsters into that area. But if your opponent controls 4 monsters when you fusion summoned Ojama Knight, and you select 1 of their monster zones, as long as Ojama Knight remains on the field, that 1 monster zone cannot be used.
Compulsory Evacuation Device will resolve first and return the target monster to hand. Trap Hole will then resolve without effect because its target has left the field.

As an Ignition Effect monster, Relinquished can only take a monster in your own turns, in your own main phases. Monsters who can activate in the opponent's turn will usually specifically state so, or be a trigger which activates when a certain condition is met, regardless of turn.
No. Negate Attack targets an opponent's monster, it cannot be used on one you control.
The monster will always return to its owner's Graveyard. Incidentally, if the effect of the destroyed monster activates while it is still on the field, you will be able to use it; however, if the effect activates in the Graveyard, the card's owner will control the effect.
If an opponent activates a card effect from their hand, "Majestic Star Dragon" can negate and destroy it. For example, if your opponent activates the effect of "Honest" from their hand to boost their monster's ATK, you can chain to the effect with "Majestic Star Dragon" to negate and destroy "Honest" and its effect.
Yes - Rare Metalmorph only protects the monster from spells that target. Ojama Delta Hurricane!! does not target, so will destroy the monster.
Lightning Vortex is non-targetting so it never really activated 'on' a specific monster, even if it's alone. If your opponent uses Lightning Vortex and you have an XYZ monster, that monster will be destroyed, as per usual, unless that particular XYZ can save itself from destruction with an effect.
Yes you can ask them and to be sure you can also ask to read it yourself.
When one or more specific cards a chosen by a card effect, it is considered "targeting". For example, when you activate "Soul Taker", you must target, or choose, the monster you want to use its effect on. When you activate "Sakaretsu Armor", you are targeting the monster who is attacking. That means those card effects won't work if the targeted monster is gone. For example, if you activate "Soul Taker" on a Fusion Monster, and your opponent activates "De-Fusion", the targeted monster is gone so the effect would not activate. If your opponent activates "Book of Moon" to flip their monster face-down when you activated "Sakaretsu Armor", the card's target is technically not there.
Skill Drain will negate its continuous effect. It can be used as Synchro Material if Skill Drain is active. Most Monster Effect negation cards will work when it activates its Ignition Effect. Divine Wrath can stop it, as can Solemn Warning, and Royal Oppression.
