If my toenail was removed many years ago and a new ruff yellowish one grew instead causing me to feel as if somebody is pinching the toe with a pliers what should I do?

This is actually a very common situation. Often the color of the nail that comes back will be yellow or brown in color, however, they should not be causing you pain, if it is, please see your family physician, there is a number of methods he can use to relieve the pressure and/or the pain.
