Well the first issue is that if you declare LIGHT, Tualatin itself will be destroyed. If he leaves the field, his continuous effect is no longer applied, so the opponent is still able to normal or special summon Light monsters.

If Tualatin somehow survives this destruction in some way (ie, a continuous effect made his attribute into non-LIGHT) then yes, while he remains face-up on the field, the opponent cannot normal or special summon Light monsters.

What happens if your opponent has no monsters in their deck when you activate Last Turn in Yu-Gi-Oh?

If the opponent has no monsters in deck, or no monsters that Last Turn can special summon, then they just don't get a monster, nothing happens in the additional battle phase, and the opponent will probably lose in the end phase.

Can you special summon two cyber dragons at the same time using their special ability?

It does not matter. As long as you have no monsters and your opponent does, despite the numbers, you can special summon it.

Can you special summon quickdraw synchron using its effect on your opponent's turn?

Unless stated or implied otherwise, monsters like this can only be special summoned on your own turn.

How do you use super polymerization card?

You have to discard one card to activate it. Then you send from the field to the graveyard monsters listed on one of the Fusion Monsters in your Extra Deck, and special summon the Fusion Monster. Note that it's Quickplay so can be done in the opponent's turn, and it can use the opponent's monsters if they're the right ones. So if you and your opponent both have a Cyber Dragon in play, you could use Super Polymerization to fuse both into a Cyber Twin Dragon.

Can you special summon grapha dragon lord the dark world during opponent turn?

No. Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World's inherent special summon can only be used on your own turn. Only monsters who summon themselves by a Triggered Effect, or by Quick Effect, or specifically say they can be summoned on the opponent's turn, can do otherwise.

Can Kaiser Colosseum stop Stardust Dragon from special summoning?

According to Kaiser Colosseum's effect, the controller's opponent cannot have more monsters on the field than the controller. For example, if you have one monster on your side of the field, and your opponent also has one then your opponent cannot perform any Summon that would allow him/her to obtain more monsters than you control. In answer to your question, Stardust Dragon could only be re-Special Summoned onto the field if the amount of monsters on that particular side of the field would not exceed the controller of Kaiser Colosseum (if the controller was the opponent). This is because Stardust Dragon still occupies one Monster Card Zone. For example, if you control one monster and a face-up, active Kaiser Colosseum, and your opponent also controls one monster and a Stardust Dragon in their Graveyard due to its negation effect, your opponent cannot Special Summon Stardust Dragon onto the field at the End Phase. This is because, your opponent would control more monsters than you do.If you were referring to the Synchro Summoning of Stardust Dragon, your opponent could only Synchro Summon it if the amount of monsters on your opponent's field remain equal to or less than the amount on your field after the Synchro Summon. For example, if you have five monsters on your side of the field, and your opponent has two, if the monsters are appropriate, your opponent can Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon to their side of the field, as the amount of monsters on their side of the field would still be less than your side. However, in another scenario, your opponent has five monsters on your side of the field, and you only have one. You activate Kaiser Colosseum; however, the monsters on your opponent controls are unaffected as it was activated after they were placed on the field. In this scenario, unless the Synchro Summon of Stardust Dragon would require all five of the monsters on their side of the field, they could not perform the aforementioned action. This is because, if they used four monsters or less, the amount of monsters they control would exceed yours (Stardust Dragon still occupies one Monster Card Zone. Therefore, if your opponent were to use four monsters, they would end up with two monsters after completing the Synchro Summon, which would exceed your amount). For more information regarding the rulings of Kaiser Colosseum, click on the "Related Link" below.

In Yu-Gi-Oh if you have Kaiser Colosseum on the field and your opponent has 2 or more monsters while you have 1 can they still Summon monsters because they already have more then you?

No, your opponent cannot Normal or Special Summon any more monsters. They can, however, Tribute Summon monsters if they will end up having fewer or an equal amount of monsters as you. In this scenario, your opponent couldn't Tribute Summon a Level 5 or 6 monster because they would still have one more monster than you. But he/ she can tributed both monsters for a Level 7 or higher monster since they would end up with one monster. The same rule applies to tributes for a Special Summon for cards like "Destiny Hero - Plasma", "Voltanis the Adjudicator", Destiny Hero - Dogma", and more.

If you activate De-synchro on an opponents monsters do you get to special summon the monsters used for that synchro summon to your field?

Nope. Same as De-Fusion. You can't get an opponent's monster on your side of the field by activating De-Synchro or De-Fusion.

How do you perform Contact Fusion?

In order to Contact Fuse, the monsters must be on the field (face-up or face-down). You declare to your opponent that you are performing a Contact Fusion and reveal the monsters you will be fusing on the field. Then you must meet the cost of the Contact Fusion by sending the Fusion Material monsters back to your deck (like for Neo Spacian & Neos fusions), to the Graveyard or out-of-play (like for any VWXYZ Fusion monsters or Armitael, Phantom of Chaos) and Special Summon your Fusion Monster (this does not count as a Fusion Summon). If you have the Fusion Material monsters but the Fusion monster you are trying to get is not in your Fusion deck, you cannot Fuse. It's important to note that this is all done in "one fell swoop". In other words, your opponent doesn't get a chance to respond or chain to your Contact Fusion when you declare it to maybe destroy one of your monsters. After you Special Summon the monster, a card can be activated (like, unfortunately, a Bottomless Trap Hole or Solemn Judgement to destroy your new monster...). I hope this will clear up anything you wanted to know about Contact Fusions, but you can always check out this link for clarification: http://metagame.com/yugioh.aspx?tabid=33&ArticleId=9634

Does contact fusion work on monsters in your hand?

No, Contact Fusion must occur on the field and only on the field. Polymerization cannot be used to fuse the monsters- no matter where they are. Just to clarify and make sure I answer any other questions you might have on the subject, here's how to Contact Fuse. The monsters must be on the field (face-up or face-down). It's important to note that this is all done in "one-fellow-swoop". In other words, your opponent doesn't get a chance to respond or chain to your Contact Fusion when you declare it to maybe destroy one of your monsters. What trap cards are good to sacrifice for Uria?

Ordeal of a Traveler-Which gives your opponent a chance to choose one of the cards in your hand if, he calls the wrong type(monster, spell, trap) the attacking monster returns to his hand. Fairy Box-when your opponent declare an attack, toss a coin, if you call it rght the attacking monster's attack points become zero. Metal Reflect Slime-whenever you run out of monsters to summon you can activate this trap card and it is special summoned to the field with 3000 defense. Solemn Wishes-Gives you 500 life points each time you draw a card. Robbing Goblin-Makes your opponent discard one random card each time one of your monsters inflict dameage on you opponent's life points. Hope this helps.

How often can you activate Alien Kid's effect in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Alien Kid has no effects that activate. It has one continuous effect that places an A-Counter on an opponent's monster the moment it becomes successfully special summoned, and another continuous effect that modifies the ATK and DEF of monsters battling Alien monsters while they have A-Counters. Alien Kid does not have a reusable effect that says to place A-Counters on any monster on the opponent's side of the field that arrived there by special summon. What the effect means is that it waits for a special summon to occur and places an A-Counter then.
