If you summon Elemental Hero Bubbleman can you draw two cards when you have no cards on the field but you have a few cards in your hand?

Elemental Hero Bubbleman says 'you can' special summon this card through his own effect. However that doesn't mean you can't Normal Summon or Set him either, or Special Summon him through other sources, like Monster Reborn.

∙ 14y agoNo. The card text says "If this is the only card in your hand, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned successfully, if there are NO other cards on your side of the field and in your HAND, you can draw 2 cards from your Deck"
So the draw card effect only works when you have no card in your hand or field other than E Hero Bubbleman.
