Auditions shouldn't cost anything! Its if you want to get an agent that's when you have pay but they only take money off you when you earn money otherwise money ain't an issue.

Do you have to do something for the Lavender Brown auditions?

Clearly they had to get the perfect character. I'm guessing simple drama skills were required and I am fairly sure that callbacks required to complete a screen test to show their compatibility with the cameras, filming, acting with fellow possibilities. So yes, you did have to do something for the Lavender Brown auditions, why would you not. Sorry this isn't much help as the auditions are far gone and the movies finished.

How do I get an acting agent and how much does have an agent cost?

To get an acting agent, start by researching and identifying reputable agencies that align with your goals and type of work. Prepare a professional headshot and resume, and consider attending auditions or showcases to gain visibility. Most agents work on a commission basis, typically taking 10-20% of your earnings from acting jobs, so there are usually no upfront costs. However, be cautious of agencies that require large fees upfront, as legitimate agents are generally compensated through commissions from your work.
