Use cut then there are 4 holes. First, go up next, right then, go left and finally, down. Then, a scienctist will get the Sapphire before you and he will tell you the password of the rocket warehouse. Now you have to get out and go to 5 island. Go to the right and you will find the rocket warehouse door. Now beat admin then beat the sienctist and he will give you the sapphire. Take it back to Celio at 1 island. Give it to him. Then go to crealuen city, use surf, and the guy will be out of the way. Mewtwo will be hard to catch but it's powerful. Use your master ball. If you don't have one then save before and lower his health all the way down, put him to sleep, and use lots of ultra balls. If you kill him, restart and repeat.
