there is one place i kno of but you have to have beaten the first 8 gym leaders to get it, its at tojoh falls surf up to the waterfall you should see an item its a moon stone just go up the waterfall go around go down the second waterfall and you will see stairs go to them go all the way down a

∙ 13y agoYou can get a moonstone on both Soul Silver and Heart Gold by going to Mt. Moon Square (Go into Mt. Moon and go up the ladder) on Monday Night and there will be lots of Clefairy dancing around the pond. When you go up to them, one will eventually notice you and they will all run away and one will drop a moonstone for you to keep!
