look where the Pokemon is then hit a next to one of the holes one of them will say a boulder might fit into it and use strength to push it in that hole

You first have to go to mt. coronet. Defeat Cyrus, then, giratina will appear and take Cyrus to the distortion world. Cinthya will go there and tell you something. Go inside the distortion world, Resolve the puzzle(where uxie/mesprit/azelf stand is where you throw the boulder), and then you fight giratina.

Once at the Spear Pillar (Google how to get there), You will have a double battle with 2 of Team Galactic's Commanders (with Your rival Barry or whatever you named him at your side). Afterwards, Cyrus will summon Dialga and Palkia (you can catch them in the game too) and a disturbance in the universe will happen, summoning Giratina. A portal the the Reverse/Distortion world will appear. You will jump in with Cynthia (Pokemon Champion). Once inside, you must solve a puzzle set by Giratina to get to him. He's at lv 47, I managed to catch him with a regular pokebal, SCORE!

in order to solve the puzzle in the distortion world, you have to have the hidden move strength, you have to go find the boulders and push them off of the edge. then go back to where mesprit, uxie, and azelf are and move the rock into the purple\black hole in front of each Pokemon. then the Pokemon will leave , next you have to go and find Cynthia, she will tell you to follow her. you will have to battle Cyrus one more time (in the distortion world) and then you will meet giratina. you can flee, catch, or knock out giratina. (you catch him at level 47). then you go back through the portal and you end up in sendoff springs! hope this helped!
