Most Franke sinks are manufactured in Switzerland however, Franke Fireclay sinks are made by Villeroy & Boch as well as the round ERX110. There is a lot of confusion with the Franke USA line which is carried by Lowes that line is made in China and is completely different from Franke Switzerland. Franke Swis made sinks which can be found on many online sites have a thick undercoating as well as rubber padding around the drain area.
