But since there are 275 episodes, I'll guess that Daphne has been at kidnapped at least 275 times or less. (In the episodes)

There are 4 if you don't include "The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show" and "The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries" as seasons (which I wouldn't because they have different introductions). Season 1 containes episodes with the entire gang including Scrappy. Seasons 2, 3 and 4 were with Scooby, Shaggy, and Scrappy. Season 4 also included episodes with Scrappy, Yabba-Doo, and Yabba's owner Dusty only.

You should start from the first episode. You won't understand the rest of the storyline if you don't start from the beginning. Also, why wouldn't you want to watch all of the episodes? Dawson's Creek is so good.
