in the game of chess, a pawn is a small pratcialy worthless peice that is put in front to protect the move valuable pices. in the book the Lightning thief, Luke is saying that demigods are pawns of the gods meaning that the gods are only using them to protect/help themselves and their own causes. He is saying that it would not affect the gods at all if they were killed while doing a quest for them; they could just get another one to do it.

Chapter 1, when Tohru accidentally falls on him after she hit her head and got dizzy (Lol) She actually sees him transform into his "other form" after his beads get taken off in the 6th book I think. It also happens on the 3rd to last episode. It's SO dramatic; I was spazzing out the whole time X3.

Tohru Honda loves Kyo not Yuki. Yuki was in love with a girl named Machi.Another spoiler if you don't already know- Momiji loves Tohru too. Not as in a big sister way but a true love.I wish Tohru and Momiji would get together :(.Kyo could have saved Tohru's mom so at the moment I'm a little annoyed with him!In book 21 when Kyo kisses Tohru, she is really asleep.In the end tohru and kyo get married and have a kid together.... and are still holding hands even though they are Grand Parents :)I do agree that tooru and momji should have gone out and kyo and kagura were goning to go out but whatever she picks kyotooru is really awake when he kisses her but she forgot she suffered a concussion

Akito confesses she is a woman (she was forced to be like a man by her mother, Ren, because she didn't think it was right for a woman to rule the Sohmas), Tohru confesses her love for Kyo and after several events (such as Tohru falling off a clift, Kyo kissing her, ect ect) He finally tells her he loves her too and they kiss, then they hug and the curse is broken...all the other curses are broken (besides Kureno, Momiji was the first to get his broken for some reason) and Yuki is the last to have his curse broken, he ends up with Machi, and they kiss. Yuki tells Tohru that he always saw her as a mother like figure. Yuki's also going to go to college, so he got his own apartment and gave Machi the key. Oh, forgot to mention Akito holds this little banquet thingy telling all the zodiac members they are free to live anywhere, do anything, ect. Tohru and Kyo end up moving away to a dojo far away where he will train so he can soon have his master's dojo. In the end it shows them, and they're back (Shigures house I believe) as an elderly couple (Kyo and Tohru) (from the back) walking hand in hand, and they have a granddaughter. In the middle of the book it showed a little fill in the blank sketch of Tohru Kyo and a son, and it said something about Kyo being a good father, so they have a son, and it showed his wife,talking to their granddaughter, who people think might be Yuki and Machi's daughter, who married Kyo and Tohru's son, but no one knows, its just a thought some people had. But also, all the people couple off except for Momiji and Kagura:( (poor them) Kyo and Tohru Yuki and Machi Akito and Shigure Uo and Kureno Hatori and Mayu- Chan Hatsuharu and Rin Ayaame and Mine Kisa and Hiro Ritsu and Mitsuru (Mitchan...aka Shigure's editor) And Hana ends up working for Kazuma Sohma, and it doesn't really say they're an actual couple, but sorta, though it'd be weird cuz Kazuma is like Kyo's dad and he's in his late 30s early 40s or something around there... Also, it shows into the future, and Kyo and Tohru are an elderly couple and have a granddaughter, and its said that Kyo and Tohru's SON married Yuki and Machi's daughter. it did show that Tohru and Kyo had a son, but never Yuki and Machi had a daughter, but they probably did, so their daughter married Kyo and Tohru's son and those two grew up and had a daughter. Kyo, Tohru, Yuki, and Machi's granddaughter.

Yes XD Tohru told him her true feelings for him, and all of this stuff happened, but later on Tohru ends up falling off a cliff (not Kyo's fault, he wasn't there. Akito was, not really Akito's fault either though) And Kyo finds her and kisses her, but she is unconscious and unaware of that.He also kisses her in either volume 22 or 23, (I can't remember which),and this time Tohru is awake. Tohru Honda falls in love with Kyo Sohma, and in volume 22, he kisses her after she goes unconscious. In 23 when she comes out of the hospital, Kyo tells her that he loves her and wants to be with her. Yuki, loves her as well, but seeing that she loves Kyo, ends up falling in love with Machi, a girl from the student council (the one with anger issues.) The curse breaks, the zodiac are free, and Akito (GOD of the zodiac) decides to take "his" role in the family as "his" true sex. A female! She was raised as a man by her mother.

In Fruits Basket volume 10-volume 11, and in my opinion, the time that Tohru and the other Sohmas went to the beach was my favorite part out of the book (that and everything in the last book^_^)
