Is THE talent agency a scam?

One OpinionExplore Talent may have questionable business practices, such as leveraging other sites for casting calls and open auditions. It is advised that you look them up on Better Business Bureau.
Explore Talent is a PROVEN SCAM! Go look them up on the Better Business Bureau.

Explore Talent STEALS free castings from sites like Backstage, Mandy, and Craigslist and CHARGES money for them. I have also seen them steal from LEGIT sites like Actors Access as well.

Some of my friends have posted castings on Actors Access or Backstage and have found their stuff listed on Explore Talent WITHOUT their permission. I remember seeing a friend's casting on Explore Talent a week after she posted it on Actors Access. I called her and she was like "What the heck?! I ONLY posted on ACTORS ACCESS!"

Explore Talent has been around for 5 years. In EVERY Acting Reference/Business Book written no earlier than 5 years and even in the books written or edited in 2008/2009, there is NO mention of Explore Talent!

no explore isn't a scam because that is how Jacob Latimore got famous. BUT it is far from the best, most efficient site to use for getting discovered. I was scamed, but not everyone is scamed... so yea

Its a total scam and if you already did put any personal in fo and you put your e-mail there change your e-mail.

If you are referring to THE Artist Agency out of Washington, D.C., this agency doesn't have a history of being associated as being a scam.
