No, someone wearing a bikini is generally not considered pornography in the western world. In the Middle East, even that may be considered indecent. The main thing in the Western world is that the person has their breasts and genitals covered and are not doing anything sexually suggestive.

Of course, all of that is open to interpretation. The US Supreme Court basically said they could not tell what was pornography but that a reasonable person would recognize it when they saw it.
