The Pokemon character Drago is not a Dragonite not a Dragonair. A Dragonite is a type of flying dragon Pokemon that evolves from a Dragonair when the character reaches level 55.

Dark Dragonites don't exist and neither do other "Dark" Pokemon in any of the games... but they exist in cards! That's probably where you got the idea.
Dark Armed Dragon has been released in the TCG as a Gold Rare and a Secret Rare card.
extremely rare
Randomly on Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Seadra and Horsea but it's quite rare. come on
Yes, it does if it's at its evolution level (e.g. a level 54 Dragonair getting fed a Rare Candy WILL evolve into a Dragonite). I know this from firsthand experience.
No, it is not rare alot of people do!
yes
You can't. There is no way to get a dragonite in the wild. You can go to either Dragon's Cave or Safari Zone and catch a dratini. They are very rare so this may take a while then train it up to level 55 for it to become a dragonite. The only other ways are to trade from another game or use an AR cartidge to hack the game.
