Is it just you or does captain ginyu in the frog form keep poping up in dbz?

captain ginyu gets turned into a frog. then he meets bulma. bulma makes a communicater so i can talk then he changes bodies with bulma they both go where frieza and goku are fighting captain ginyu in bulmas body trys to change bodies with piccolo but gohan throws a frog at it bulma gets her body back planet namek explodes and captain ginyu dies

There's speculation and a lot of hints that he may still be alive. Right after everyone was back on earth there's a frog they show often jumping around. Even as far as when Gotenks is born, there's a frog he plays with in one scene. Those were probably rumors about him stealing other ppls bodys he never stole their body unless it was the one he wanted like what happened to goku he lost his body to ginyu but got it back thanks to vegeta so ginyu always had his real body but everyone knew about his body change ability the bad part was he changed his body for a frog in the end.
