How do you know that ginyu's purple body is his real body because he was known for stealings thousands of bodies in his spare time?

Those were probably rumors about him stealing other ppls bodys he never stole their body unless it was the one he wanted like what happened to goku he lost his body to ginyu but got it back thanks to vegeta so ginyu always had his real body but everyone knew about his body change ability the bad part was he changed his body for a frog in the end.
