No it is not. That is a lie. You can only get Jirachi through trade, migration, or events.
jirachi is not on seven island, you get jirachi from the Pokemon colosseum preview disc.
no. jirachi has to be traded from another gba game wich you get from a special event no. you have to migrate jirachi from a GBA game witch you get from a special event. hint check out seribii.net
I think that you are asking about where to find certain Pokemon from the Pokedex. In the Sinnoh Pokedex, #65 is Drifloon. It will be in front of the Valley Windworks on Friday, but only after you've evicted Team Galactic from the Windworks. It won't be in the grass; you will actually be able to see it. Still in the Sinnoh Pokedex, #115 is Riolu, which you get from Riley as an Egg in the cave on Iron Island (I think). In the National Pokedex, #65 is Alakazam. You get it by reciving a Kadabra in a trade. Kadabra will evolve. Still in the National Pokedex, #115 is Kangaskhan. After obtaining the National Pokedex, it's in Pastoria City Great Marsh.
You fill up your pokedex then you will get national dex and all of battle island is opend and also you get to catch the other legendaires
To get to Island 4, you must first get the national Pokedex from Professor Oak. This requires you to: Beat the Elite 4 Have 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex. You must then return to Island 1, Celio will send you to get the Ruby, return with the Ruby (If you have headed to Mt Ember on Island 1 you will see the rockets, that's where the Ruby is). He will then ask you to get the Sapphire and upgrade your Tri-Pass.
get the national pokedex
The national is the National Pokedex. This pokedex allows you to catch/see new pokemon. You'll also get to go to 4,5,6, and 7 island.

explore 7 island . GL !! ^^
You must get the national pokedex first then go to iron island
You can catch them on Iron Island once you have the National Pokedex. You get this by seeing all the Pokemon on the Sinnoh Pokedex.
If you complete the national pokedex, go to visit Prof. Oak and he will give you a ticket to a place called foggy valley. You have to get a ticket because it is also an island.
after getting the national pokedex go to the house on iron island and talk to Byron
The battle zone is on the island you sail to from snowpoint city after you have completed your pokedex and got the national one
In-game Island 6 is called Fortune Island so it's possible you've already visited it in Pokemon LeafGreen. If you haven't visited it you need the Rainbow Pass from Celio on One Island. The Rainbow Pass is given if you've defeated the Elite Four and gained the National Pokedex.
