No. The truck you're thinking of is the Toyota Tundra as the person who does that voice over sounds very much like John Goodman. I say "the person who does that voice over" because this is one of only a handful of ads that I cannot definitively identify the voice actor.

This particular commercial is difficult because the voice sounds almost too smooth to be John Goodman's. By comparison, John Goodman's voice is immediately identifiable in the Duncan Donuts commercials for which he does the voice overs.
