In the begging of tmnt Karai was an enemie only because of her father, she understood honor and did not want to leave him since he raised her. But she occasionaly helped the tmnt, and when her father had the chance to destroy the tmnt, Karai refused to let her father do it. Once the Shredder was destroyed Karai wanted revenge and became the Shredder but then, later on in the lost episodes of tmnt (the ninja tribunal) there was a new and eviler Shredder. Karai helped the tmnt destroy him in an epic battle. Then she turned into a good guy and started dating Dr.Chaplin, she even got invited to Casey and April's wedding in the back to the sewers series.
