The GBI God cards are the commonest set. Their very first print was in secret rare, but this was an extremely limited run - after this, they were printed in Ultra Rare, and these are the ones most people have.
As well as those, the Ra from Dawn of Destiny, Obelisk from the Shonen Jump subscriber gift, and Slifer from the movie Animanga, are all in secret rare form.
