Are you talking about the Egyptian God Cards? There are three, Slifer The Sky Dragon, The Winged Dragon Of Ra, and Obelisk The Tormentor. They are not playable in the actual Card Game, but they are collectible cards.
Well in my opinion the Egyptian god cards are so rare, yet so good that they could be banned from it, just like Raigeki, Mirror Force, Exodia (maybe) and more. But they're still really rare that people like to collect them, not play the game.

I don't know what this question does in yugioh, but the differences are very big. Yes, and usually it is fine to have three of the same monster card. Some cards are forbidden, meaning you are not allowed to use it in Advanced Format (the format tournaments are run in). Some are limited or semi-limited, meaning only one or two per deck. But if the card is not forbidden or Limited in some way, you can use three in your deck.
Slifer, and the other Egyptain God cards, require three monsters for a Tribute Summon. (They can be Special Summoned as well, but are sent to the Graveyard at the end of the turn.)
Each box set of three Retro Pack 1 cards, comes with a secret rare Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon card.

You can fuse Megamorph & Dragon Treasure to get the Ultimate Dragon ritual. You can, however, obtain Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon via a cheating device such as Codebreaker or Gameshark. This depends on the condition of the cards, what the illustration is(there are 3 different ones for blue eyes white dragon alone), and what the buyer will pay, if you have them in top condition, and your buyer likes the art, you could get perhaps at most 5 dollars for the lot of them. If you have first edition or limited edition blue-eyes you might get $10 for them. Some people will pay more or less though, depends on the buyer.
