u can get the Pokemon Dialga l.v.48 Heatran l.v.70 at top of stark mountain Regigigas l.v.70 located in snowpoint city in temple only after you have the 3 regi's from transformation and have them in your party Pokemon and any other legendary poikemon from any gameboy advance game will also give you legendary Pokemon

The Legendary Pokémon that you can get in Pokémon Diamond would include Dialga within the Spear Pillar atop of Mt. Coronet, you can find and catch Heatran in the Stark Mountain, you can find Mesprit and Cresselia roaming around after you have encountered them in the Lake Verity cave and on Full Moon respectively, you can find Giratina in the Turnback Cave, you can find the sleeping Regigigas that resides in the Temple by Snowpoint City that you will need Regirock, Regice and Regsteel with you in your party to awake and you can find Uxie in its Lake Acuity cavern and Azelf in its Lake Valor cave.
