The Poketech is in the large building (not tall, but wide) in Jubilife City. There is this man standing by the counter. Keep talking to him until he stops giving you Apps. Then, check in Pokemon centers. For example, the lady in Eterna Pokemon Center gives you the Friend Checker app.

∙ 14y agoyou can the poketch company in jubelife city after you go into the school and talk to your friend. a guy in a purple suit comes up to you and tells you to find 3 clowns and you answer their questions right and you get coupons and go back to the guy w/ the purple suit and he will give you a poketech. but if you are talking about the actual building it is right next to the tv station it is the building w/ the flags!!!!
