I would give your team,on a scale of 1-10, a 9 1/2
Since the Masterball has a 100% catch rate, receiving more than one would make catching Pokemon irrelevant, so you will need to plan which Pokemon to catch with the Masterball.
There is no way to ONLY encounter fire pokemon, there are places where there is a high rate to catch fire pokemon. But there is no place where you can only catch fire pokemon.
no but i think you can trade it from firered or leafgreen.
1/8192, which is the normal encounter rate for all shiny Pokemon.
I would rate my proficiency at a solid B.
Awesome!
if i were to rate it on a scale of 1-10 i would rate it 6
Id rate it out of a scale from 0 to 10. id rate it a 9.5 out of 10.

If the elevator is in free fall, you and the scale would be accelerating downward at the same rate. In this case, the scale would read zero, because you and the scale are essentially falling together with the same acceleration due to gravity.
10!
Slow burn materials include materials that ignite and burn slowly at a low rate, such as fire-resistant fabrics like wool and fiberglass, as well as treated wood and certain types of plastics. These materials are designed to resist catching fire quickly and to burn at a slower rate, which can help prevent the spread of fire.

If 35 HRC is high on the Rockwell scale or not is quite relative to what you would define as high. A typical axe would rate at around 45-55 HRC, while high quality steel knives would rate at about 55-66 HRC.
I would rate it a 10. This is an excellent book taking place in the future and is a real page turner. You will love it!
Fully automatic firearms (machineguns) truly have a rate of fire, as they continue to fire as long as the trigger is held down. Semi-auto, pump, bolt and lever firearms fire one shot, and will either reload, or are reloaded by the shooter manipulating the gun's action. A single shot firearm must be loaded by hand, and would be the slowest of conventional firearms. The absolute slowest rate of fire would be a flintlock rifle, which has a rate of fire by a skilled rifleman of about 2 shots per minute.
