This is the moveset I find works best with a level 100 Mewtwo in Pearl/Diamond/Platinum: Recover Psychic Guard Swap, (If the opponent has a significnantly better Defence / Special Defence). When you find Mewtwo in the "wild" he knows the moves- Recover, Swift, Barrier, and Psychic. So, it's probably PSYCHIC. Great answer but he does go on to learn psyshock and psystrike i think. 2 extremely powerful moves. my mewtwo is legit lv.100 and he knows both. not 100% certain there both learnable as 1 could possibly be a tm but i really cant remember that :)
