There is no code for pokerus, if you use the GTS -Global trade station- In jubilife city, you can leave a pokemon overnight, then when you go back there in the morning, someone may have offered a pokemon for yours. The trade will begin and you'll get the other person's pokemon. THAT POKEMON MAY HAVE POKERUS!!! You won't be able to see it yourself, so as soon as you get the pokemon, go to the pokemon center. If your pokemon has pokerus, Nurse Joy will tell you. POKERUS IS GOOD!!!!!!! It raises your pokemon's stats to the max, and when pokerus goes away, the effects stay!! POKERUS IS CONTAIGUS! Keep changing your party and your pokemon will ALL catch the virus :D Good luck getting pokerus :D

No, the Pokemon egg cannot catch the pokerus. The Pokerus is a virus that can only be caught from Pokemon to Pokemon. The virus cannot be spread from Pokemon to egg. Actually when I had about 3 to 4 eggs in my party one time with an infected magby and a non-infected pidgey, after just 2 battles, not only did my pidgeyget the pokerus, but my Pokemon eggss started to catch it as well. They even hatched with the pokerus. Within about 10 battles all of the eggs had already caught it. It was all completely legit and not a hack.

You cannot cure Pokerus yourself since once Pokemon are infected with it then they will keep it forever however each new day (up to 4 days) the game will decide whether to cure the infectious nature of Pokerus or not. Pokerus is a good thing to have since it will double the amount of EVs that the infected battling Pokemon will earn when an opponent Pokemon is defeated and as long as it remains contagious it can spread Pokerus to other Pokemon in your party however the game will not get rid of the contagious or infectious nature of Pokerus if the Pokemon is placed in a PC Box.

Some people say it goes away by itself... or so i'v heard... pokerus goes away on its own. there isn't a sure way to get rid of it, but most Pokemon become immune to if after a while. If it is immune, the pkrs will go away and there will be a small picture of a face next to it. pokerus is a good thing though, you don't want it to go away because your Pokemon will get large lvl up bonuses. (mine gained +4 and +5 on every level up)
