Meganium: energy ball, earthquake, aromatheropy, toxic
Arcanine: fire blast, extreme speed, dragon pulse, rock climb
Espeon: physcic, shadow ball, grass knot, hyper beam
Gyarados: aqua tail, ice fang, stone edge, strength
Dragonite: outrage, blizzard, fly, surf
Ampharos: thunder, power gem, focus blast, signal beam

What are good non legendary Pokemon in soul silver and HeartGold?
Typhlosion, Meganium, Feraligatr, Poliwrath, Gyarados, Nidoking, Scizor, Muk, Arcanine, Machamp, Magmortar, Aerodactyl, Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Dragonit, and Tyranitar are very good when they are a fully realized pokemon. These are Pokemon from both the Jhoto region and the Kanto Region which are both accesible in Pokemon Heart Gold and Soulsilver. I know because i beat both regions.

go into a cave, a man will give it you at the end, the cave is located between ecruetek and mahogany, when surfing across, go down, there is another cave entrance, search this on youtube to get a video on how to get there, and it's level 5 when you get it, i wouldn't bother, my team is, meganium gyarados ampharos onix dragonite and arcanine :) powned the elite four with them :D the controlling of the evolving of tyrougue is solid as well :/

I am thinking of using; Meganium Flareon ( Entei ) Ampharos ( Raikou ) Red Gyarados ( Suicune ) Lugia Skarmory / Pidgeot Those in brackets will be the ones i WILL use if, or when i get them. no try not to use legendaries because they are impossible to get to high levels if you have alot of them, u need a dragonite and electebuzz/electevire.

I would say its good, but I don't know their moves so that would be helpful Meganium, to me, is bad, there is something called the chicorita effect and it makes grass types bad, I would suggest getting a dragon type such as dragonite, but you can keep meganium if you'd like.

try brute force and tons of full heals, max revives, and max potions. If I had the game i could figure it out.
