There may not be a wonder mail for mew, but you can find him in buried relic in floor 36 to 99(you must have the music box with you). Remember that mew can transform, if you see mew used transform! in your message place, look for any Pokemon and defeat it. You should get a friend bow. You can get a friend bow by Google or something. Mew is awesome and good luck! :)

and if you die and you have the choice to be rescued accept it because there is an SOS mail converter that converts your SOS mail in to A-Ok mail so you are saved straight away

Now that SOS to AOK mails isn't aviable, the site did retire the converter :/ now where to get it?

Wonder Mail S seems to only be a different version of Wonder mail, made either to stop comfusion where Pokemon Mystery Dungeon sky has dungeons which Darkness and Time don't, or to stop people generating codes to get good items etc.

There isn't one. You have to get to the end of a dungeon and befriend him in battle; I believe the dungeon is Western Cave, and if I remember correctly he's level 99.
