you need to have kyogre,groudon and rayquaza on your game and use fly dig and surf 120 times complete the sinoh dex and go to professor oak and there will be professor birch there as well,he will tell you in snowpoint city there is a sailor who will take you to you know where HOENN!!!! find him and you will arrive in slate port city from the gba games and you will meet May there too!!!!!!!
