Bad eggs in Pokemon Pearl rarely hatch and if they do they hatch into another Bad egg. This is a situation in which the check sum data does not match the games calculations. This is the result of bad data corruption of the Pokemon file.

∙ 14y agoif u have a GameShark or something and u used an egg code, that would probably be the case or whatever. if u didn't, then it's probably screwed up.
i always thought it was put on there for cheaters

∙ 9y agoA Bad Egg is what results from the corruption of game data in the game, usually from the use of cheating devices. It isn't actually an egg, and has a type of "???".
