No, you will need to either attend an event or pick up a copy of Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. Be warned however, you can only get one Darkrai from Ranger, even if you reset your file. So if you buy the game second hand, someone may already have taken the Darkrai from the game you'll have wasted your money.
