yes it is a good team
Vaporeon and Politoed are both water types. Hypno and Slowking are both psychic. It's generally not a good idea to double up like that, but a lot also depends on the move set. Also, after beating the elite-4 I would evolve the Togetic to Togekiss using a shiny stone from the pokethelon.
